Herbal Teas
* Herbal teas are the easiest form of herbal remedy for long term use. The herb's powerful ingredients are either "infused" or "decocted" in water when made into teas.
* It is crucial that we care for our bodies before we encounter illness. These herbal teas are made from the freshest herbs, organically grown. These are LOOSE teas. Loose tea is more aromatic and contains all the parts of the medicinal portions of an herb, unlike tea bags, which, for the most part, contain only the left over portions of the herb.
* These herbal teas are hand-crafted, grown, and blended in small quantities to preserve quality and assure freshness. Only the finest quality herbs are used in these products.
* Loose teas look and smell better, and naturally disperse stronger flavor and medicinal properties better.

Our Circadian Rhythm
This is our internal daily biological clock. This clock can be influenced by many different elements, such as light and darkness, time of day and temperature. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the clock shows us how our energy cycles its course through the 12 organ meridians over a period of 24 hours, spending two hours at maximal levels in each organ In general, when treating a
patient in accordance with this biorhythm, the best time to treat an excess of energy is at or shortly before the time of greatest meridian activity, while the best time to treat depleted energy is following the peak times.

Cultures organize our lives into seasons. In Western culture, it is often looked at as young, middle aged and elderly. The Chinese culture looks at our seasonal growth in cycles taking place in our lives every 7 years in women and every 8 in men. Women's life cycles are dominated by the number 7 so that there are profound changes every 7 years. Men's cycles are dominated by the number 8 and there are profound changes every 8 years.
In Vedic tradition, the original Indian text looked at The Chakra relating to a series of milestones in life. Each Chakra represents a particular stage in development and growth. Each Chakra represents a time when certain skills develop and life transitions.
Emotional and Mental Health is the other component in seasonal health! Each season has associations that correspond with many aspects of the human psyche. Our own emotional, physicial and mental health can reflect in these seasonal phases and elements. The following are the cycles in which the elements are interrelated. Pay attention to each correlation under each season. This shows what the most prominent situation is during a particular time of year. Make yourself more aware of these emotions, organs and related feelings during the particular season. This will allow you to be more conscious of your health concerns.
