Description
Based on the Triquetra , this very ancient symbol originally meant triangle and was used to refer to various three cornered shapes. The triquetra has been found on rune stones in Northern Europe and on early Germanic coins.
It bears a resemblance to the Valknut, a symbol associated with Viking God, Odin. It is also found in similar artwork on Celtic crosses and slabs of stone from the early Christian period. It represents the powerful symbols of 3’s.
This beautifully crafted fine pewter pendant comes with information about this symbol, an organza pouch and 33″ long cord.
